Do you have electric heater or extra person fees?

Yes. Electric heaters are an additional $2.14 per day, and each extra person is $2.14 per day.

Is a deposit required to book a site?

Yes. A $20 deposit is required for daily and weekly stays, and a $60 deposit is required for monthly stays.

What types of RV sites do you offer?

We offer 30/50 amp full-hookup pull-thru sites and 30 amp pull-in sites, all with water, electric, and sewer included.

Is wifi available at the park?

Yes, wifi is available for light use such as email. It is not intended for streaming services like Netflix.

Is storage available for RVs?

Yes, storage is available for $1.50 per day.

Do you offer daily, weekly, and monthly rates?

Yes. Daily rates are $45, weekly rates are $296, and monthly rates are $650 plus metered electric and tax. All rates include tax.

How far is the park from Jacksonville and the beach?

We're about 30 minutes from downtown Jacksonville and roughly 25 miles from Amelia Island and Fernandina Beach.

What is your check-out time?

Check-out time is 12:00 PM (noon).

Are pets allowed at the park?

Yes. Our full hookup RV sites are pet-friendly.
